With each product they release, it seems Roccat just keeps getting better while giving other gaming accessory companies some much needed competition. Their latest, the Roccat Magma Mini Keyboard is the perfect device for those looking to sacrifice some space from their desk without losing any of their cool factor, especially if you’re into RGB lighting.

Featuring a 60% form factor, the Magma Mini is small but mighty thanks to having quiet and fast membrane keys that have just the right feeling thanks to a midway actuation point that’s a joy to game on and type with. It’s also IP33 rated to keep out dust, water, and dirt while also featuring a fully illuminated top plate with Roccat’s AIMO RGB lighting with 16.8 million colors you can change and program with their software to keep you typing and gaming in style.

It wouldn’t be a Roccat product if it didn’t have their famed Easy-Shift[+] duplicator feature that allows you to change and set up programmable keys to your liking. Even better is the ability to finally be able to make the arrow keys function as arrow keys, just hold down the function key and left SHIFT key and you’re all set. This is especially useful for me as I use the arrow keys all the time when playing games and when typing/editing.

I also love that there’s anti-ghosting technology at work inside the Magma Mini that allows you to press up to 20 keys simultaneously and they’ll register as they should with no issues. Another neat feature is that the USB cable is mounted on the left side of the keyboard, as to not be in the way of any wide mouse swipes you may have to take.

The Roccat Magma Mini Keyboard has all of the features of a full-sized, RGB keyboard in a small form factor that’s perfect for gaming and typing. It really is small but mighty thanks to all of the neat features such as quiet and fast membrane keys that make using it a joy, awesome RGB lighting effects and more that will have you putting the magma burn on all you use it for.
