The Movies: Smorgasbord of Horror
Ethan’s picks include a few blasts from the past classics like Dead of Night (1945), House of Wax (1953), The Private Eyes (1980), Terror Train (1980), and Trick or Treats (1982) – not to be confused with the similarly-sounding 1986 movie.
Christian takes things up a notch with a more visceral selection, including Wolf Creek (2005), Terrifier (2016) and Terrifier 2 (2022), returning favorite The Descent (2005), and the Evil Dead (2013) reboot (soon to be rebooted again). Nate keeps things simple with a trio of 1980s horror-comedies guaranteed to frighten the mood with Creepshow (1982), Killer Klowns from Outer Space (1988), and Night of the Creeps (1986).
