The biggest reveal yet for Capcom's upcoming and highly anticipated brawler hit the net, with Chun Li, Guile, Honda, Blanka, and Dhalsim revealed!

Written by Evan Nathans (editor-at-large)

Welcome back, Ms. Li!

As we've said before, any and all news posted on the upcoming and highly anticipated Street Fighter IV is most welcome here at the Popzara faulty towers, as its guaranteed to drive each and every one of you into spasms of happiness and joy. We can't all be Santa Claus, but we can certainly slide this gift down the chimneys of good little boys and girls...and who are we kidding, to pretty much everyone else. Street Fighter for all...huzzah!

This recent crop (destined to be the stuff of message board legend by tomorrow night, just watch) is the biggest yet, and gives us the first real good look at not only our charming (and scary looking) newcomer Crimson Viper, but the welcome return of nearly all the original World Warrior crew including our lovely Chun Li, Dhalsim, Zangief, Honda, Blanka, and a oddly-shaped Guile. What's most pleasing for me is just how unique some of these designs are, returning the series from the anime hell it's been residing in for some time and back to the forefront of true artistic ingenuity. This is good stuff, folks, and every profile would make an excellent desktop background.

So if you're actually still reading any of this (and I wouldn't hold it against you if those eyeballs drifted downwards...) then you'll probably salivate like a fool at the idea of actually playing this thing sometime - anytime - within the year. Although I know that my dreams tonight will be filled with the fireballs and dragon-punches, I'd be willing to wait another ten + years if it means a total resurrection of my beloved Street Fighter, with a clear and concise purpose to entertain, to educate, and provide another twenty years of fond memories and late-night matches that stretch far beyond daylights first beams.

For bonus goodness, don't forget to check out the Famitsu Crew actually giving the game a whirl right HERE! It's coming folks, just be patient because it's certainly coming!

Our DEEPEST thanks to Famitsu Online, and if you're going to steal these images we suggest checking out the originals right HERE!
