The famous developer and funnyman returns with a collection of narrated jokes that should tickle the funnybones of fans everywhere.

While there may not be much to it, Al Lowe's CyberJoke 3000 is exactly what you'd expect from the famous developer and humorist, and it's easily one of the best and most thorough joke apps ever made. Having each joke carefully narrated is a joy, and the option to continually update and expand Al's hand-picked best can only mean more laughs in the future. A word of warning to the easily offended - the jokes here may not be for everyone, and the more morally pure, sensitive readers may want to exercise a bit of caution before hitting the play button. But Al makes for a wonderful host, and what's a few riffs on cheating housewives, stereotypes, and the random orgy going to hurt?

Who doesn’t like a good joke?  Okay, now hands down. Who doesn’t like hearing a joke about the occasional redneck or mistress?  Yeah, thought so, and if you're anything like me than you'll certainly enjoy the comedic charm and impeccably good taste of famed developer and funnyman Al Lowe, the creator of the classic Leisure Suit Larry franchise and maestro of the online comedy website - wait for it - Al Lowe's Humor Site.  Now you can bring that wit and belly laughs anywhere with Al Lowe's CyberJoke 3000, the new app from developer The Binary Mill for the iPhone/iPod Touch platform.  It's a (literally) touching reminder why so many love this guy, and possibly crack a smile at the sexually suggestive and socially absurd.

As you might have already guessed, Al Lowe's CyberJoke 3000 isn't so much a game as it is a hand-picked collection of jokes and funny anecdotes, brought to you by the ringleader himself, Al Lowe.  But what makes this collection really stand out is that each joke is narrated by comedian Chuck Meyers and acted to perfection - a definite bonus and nice feature if you're more interested in just listening to a few good yarns instead of reading them.

This isn’t much to the app besides a current catalog of over 100 jokes, with frequent updates made to keep the humor fresh and a voting system that ranges from the global Top Ten of your personal favorites. And if the setup is a pivotal part of the experience for you, you’ll be happy to know that the funniest jokes can’t be ruined thanks to an optional “punch-line protection system” that won’t let you read ahead to spoil the party. As odd as the feature might be its actually a bit funnier to listen to the comedic buildup before the usually eye-opening conclusion.
