Simultaneously an homage to and a parody of the original soap opera. In much the same way as Burton’s own Beetlejuice, its a delicate balancing act between comedy and horror. Just plain fun.

The second King of Fighters on iOS feels more like an upgrade than true sequel, with more fighters, modes, and even online multiplayer.

Although it relies more on spectacle and less on plot, it’s nevertheless a fun and exciting action extravaganza – a comic book film in every sense.

Not the best of Marvel’s anime attempts, but still packed with more than enough fantastic action and animation to keep Iron Man fans happy.

Charmingly irreverent, a triumph of stop-motion animation, and a decent 3D spectacle that's consistently funny and a visual treat for all ages.
